This is what I see when I look out my shop window. Nice, yes? Come visit sometime. Imagine good clean country air and sewing machine repair. Life is so sweet.
Hello Elizabeth, I live in the country with a view like this all around me, I have two rooms that I sew in, one window over looks our yard with a creek and the other window overlooks our pond, with yard and the gorgeous mountains in KY. Anyway, I just wanted to say I love your blog, and you so saved me on my single 66 redeye I was about to give up, the presser bar was like frozen in place no movement, but I found your blog and with patience and lots and I mean lots of LW it finally came loose. Now she is moving up and down like she should. Thank you ever so much. I love vintage everything and I have an obsession with these sewing machines to, but I only have 10 total 3 of them are treadles, but I am really getting into the 50's and 60's era the colors and makes are so awesome. I only have one blue machine so far but I am still on the hunt for them. Have a wonderful day :)
