I knew that she had a White Rotary Head and "an old Singer." I had vowed that I would not bring them home too. Honestly, I am overwhelmed with all of my STUFF. I recognize that the best way to handle getting rid of it, is to not bring more home. Recognition is the first step, they say. Acting on the realization is likely the next step. I am weak willed.
"If you don't take them, they are going to the dump." She declared to me. Steven was not within earshot. That was the worst thing she could have declared. Of course I brought them home. WTH.
I love the little 24. There is a manual and attachments. I plan to put it up in the apartment where I use the quilt frame. It will be the perfect tool for sewing the zipper leaders to quilt tops and backs before I put them on the frame. Think how much easier it will be to remove the leader if stitched on with a chain stitch instead of a basting stitch. I read about this somewhere, I think Cheryl Warren http://dragonpoodle.blogspot.com/ mentioned it. I can't wait to try it.
So now I have a couple more boat anchors. I think the 15 will clean up. I am not a White Rotary girl. Maybe I can find someone who will love it.
