CONTEST!!!! Identify this machine!!!

I gambled, and won.  I have been coveting this particular Singer since May.  Anybody out there know what it is?

There is no prize.  Just the satisfaction of knowing your Singers.

And, thanks to this picutre, I know why the needle does NOT go up and down.  (At least I hope its only because of that thread lock)
