OFF THE FRAME
Far from finished, the quilt came off the frame this morning.
Maybe I will go to the Quilt Zoo and hang out there while I do all the hand work. I knotted some threads and pulled them into the batting while the quilt was still on the frame. Sitting with friends, this quilt on my lap, seems like a much better idea.

Wow, someone used a lot of thread! You certainly don't do things halfway! Congratulations on fighting through and now it is amazing! I hate to admit it, but I don't bury threads, just stitch in place a bunch small and clip. I think the quilts will launder fine. My clothes get washed more and they don't usually unravel. I love everything about quilting except hand sewing with a needle.
