There is a woman in my guild, when I said don't make me get out the flying monkeys, had no clue what I meant and had never seen the Wizard of Oz. She is in her 40s. So maybe there are some clueless ones saying,Huh?, about your post.
Frosty Friday 13th to you too. And dreading 30-40 below zero windchills on Sunday too. Polar Vortex is really giving us the finger this year! Sun, sun sun... wish you'd come soon. (have my sewing machine set up 5 ft from our wood stove)
Out shopping one day and hubby and I found a sign that said, I have Flying Monkeys and I know how to use them. We gave it to our daughter who has 3 active kids.
We will be blessed in the mid-Atlantic with wind chills ONLY 10-30 degrees below zero from what I've read, but I think the flying monkeys will all be dead anyway whether here or further north.
